Above all else, my family is most important to me, so there may be times when I will put a ‘hold’ on orders ~ I’m a busy homeschooling mom with 4 kiddos and I need to keep my priorities straight! Here are a few other important things to note:


All of the information that you share with me {email address, contact information, passwords, etc…} will not be shared with anyone else. Period. If sharing your password concerns you, I suggest changing it for a short time until your revisions are completed and then changing it when I am done.

Blogger Only

If you would like help with more than just a header {i.e. template changes, backgrounds, columns, etc…}, I am only working with Blogger at this point.

Turnaround Time

Please anticipate 5-7 business days for your design to be completed. Once I receive your completed question form, I will send you an invoice requesting payment in full. Once the payment is received, I will start working on your items.

Much of the design process is focused on the graphics that you choose for your blog header {i.e. colors, etc...} so the more quickly the graphics are decided upon, the quicker the design process will move along.

I have a ‘test blog’ that you will have access too and be able to see what your blog will look like. Typically I communicate through email, so please be sure to check your email frequently while I am working on your design ~ it will help it all go quickly! If I have any questions or need your input, I will send you an email.

Order Information

Before you place an order, please try to answer all of the questions on my Order page {including URL links, pictures, etc…}. It will make the design process much quicker. Any specific information or images you can provide will be MOST helpful to me. The questions exist to help cut down on revisions. My prices are very reasonable and I will work with you as best as I can, but I will only make two revisions to images once they are completed.


For payments, I prefer to use PayPal. I will send you an invoice for your order a few days before I am ready to begin working on your project. If I haven’t received your payment I will move onto the next person on my list.

Any graphics that are not a part of free Microsoft clip art {i.e. iStockphoto or Fotolia.com} are not included in the price of the graphics I design. Those graphics each have a set 'credit' fee, so please check with me if you see an image on either of those sites that you would like to use in your design. Fololia.com is very reasonable in their prices ~ most of the images needed for a blog design are under $2 total.


If you change your mind on having me design your items for you, I will offer a refund BEFORE I have started the process. If I have already started, there will not be a refund. If you have paid for the design using PayPal, I will not be able to refund any fees that Paypal incurs.

I started Relevant Designs with the purpose of helping other moms pretty up their blogs and do it affordably. That said, it still takes me time and create and install the items that I design. Please be considerate of the fact that my time is also valuable to me. :)


You are free to share your blog buttons with others, but any other design elements from Relevant Designs are protected by U.S. Copyright law. Please do not copy, share or resell them for any reason.


I have a button for Relevant Designs and would be happy to have you display it on your blog {thanks so much!}, but it is not required to stay. Please do leave any credits that appear in the footer of your blog ~ the elements used by the companies involved well deserve the small credit.
